Replacement and return These conditions are set to protect you and to clarify the method and rules of the Najdi Secrets Perfumes store regarding return and replacement: Regarding the return, we regret to say that cosmetic products are not subject to return and exchange except in the following cases: 1- When the customer receives the product and an error occurs in the type of product sent, the customer will be compensated either with the value of the product or by sending the actual product if available, at the store's expense. The customer must verify and review the purchase invoice and match it with the products received from the store before using them and opening the perfume's solvent. If the product is used and the original solvent is opened, the customer will not be compensated any amounts, according to global perfume and cosmetic product sales policies. 2- If there is any defect in the product or if you received the wrong product from Najdi Secrets store, we will compensate the customer by having the customer return the wrong product, and we will either refund the amount to the same account or credit card used for the transfer, or deliver the correct goods according to the required purchase invoice free of charge. 3- If a product is to be returned, it must be within 7 days from the date of receipt with the invoice, and the product must be in its original condition and the perfume unopened (with the original solvent present). No other condition will be accepted, and the customer bears the return shipping costs. 4- No return will be accepted for any product that has been used, or the solvent opened, or arrived in a non-original condition. 5- If the customer wishes to exchange the product without a defect and the perfume has not been opened (with the original solvent present), the store is not responsible for paying the return shipping costs, and the customer will cover the costs of shipping the replacement item again and the return fee. 6- If the order has been shipped to the customer and they want to cancel the order and recover the amount while the order is on its way and has not been received, the customer bears the return shipping costs, and the shipping fee will be deducted from the total order amount. The refund will be made after receiving the shipment from the shipping company within a maximum of 15 days. The customer will be notified if there is a delay in receiving and delivering the order to the shipping company for more than 15 days, and the customer has the option to approve or reject the delay and get a refund. For your safety, Najdi Secrets store does not allow the return or exchange of its products, except in the following cases: - The products arrive damaged or defective. - The arrival of a different product than ordered. The consumer is not entitled to replace the product in the following cases: - If the product was manufactured according to the consumer's request or specifications they set, except for products with a defect or that violated the specified specifications. - If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. Return policy: 1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided by (Najdi Secrets) within seven days of receiving it. This right does not apply after seven days. 2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used or benefited from it.
